1. Overview of Services

Keplars serves as a bridge between customers and reliable third-party truck rental and leasing companies. Our mission is to simplify your search for a truck rental or lease provider by leveraging our extensive network of industry partners.

Keplars does not own, manage, or lease trucks directly.

We provide a referral service to connect customers with third-party providers.

Once a referral is made, Keplars’ involvement ends, and all further dealings are between you and the third-party provider.

While we strive to connect you with high-quality providers, Keplars does not guarantee the availability of specific trucks or favorable terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use Keplars’ services, you must meet the following criteria:

Be at least 25 years old.

Possess a valid and active Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

Have a clean and reliable track record, free from disqualifying incidents.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information when engaging with our services.

Keplars reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or business at its sole discretion, particularly if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Customer Responsibilities

By using Keplars’ services, you agree to:

Accurately describe your truck rental or leasing needs to ensure appropriate redirection.

Respond promptly to communications from Keplars and referred third-party providers.

Abide by the terms, conditions, and policies set by the third-party provider you engage with.

Keplars is not responsible for delays, errors, or miscommunications caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.

 4. Availability Disclaimer

At Keplars Trucks LTD, the products and services we advertise, along with any promotional offers or deals, are intended to represent opportunities and are not guarantees of availability. Once payment is made for an advertised deal, we commence the process of locating a supplier who can fulfill the specific product or service under the terms of the advertised offer.  

While we make every effort to secure a provider, we cannot guarantee success in every instance. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that Keplars Trucks LTD holds no liability if we are unable to source a provider for the advertised deal. In such cases, our responsibility is limited to notifying you of the unavailability.

5. Appointment/Availability Guarantee Fee

To initiate the referral process, Keplars requires payment of a $500 Appointment/Availability Guarantee Fee.

This fee is non-refundable, except under extraordinary circumstances at Keplars’ sole discretion.

The fee covers administrative efforts, including processing your request, sourcing reliable providers, and coordinating availability with third-party companies.

Payment of this fee does not guarantee the availability of a specific vehicle, nor is it applied as credit toward any future agreements.

By paying this fee, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.

6. Third-Party Provider Referrals

Keplars works with a network of trusted truck rental and leasing companies to provide you with options tailored to your requirements. However, our involvement is limited to making the referral.

Keplars does not control the terms, pricing, or availability of the vehicles offered by third-party providers.

Any agreements, payments, or disputes are solely between you and the referred provider.

Keplars assumes no liability for the quality, condition, or suitability of trucks offered by third-party providers.

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that Keplars’ responsibility ends once a referral is made.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

At Keplars, we take your privacy seriously and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your information will only be shared with third-party providers and Keplars business contacts as necessary to facilitate the whole process.

Keplars does not sell or distribute your data without explicit consent, except where required by law.

By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8.  Keplars Charity Commitment

At Keplars Trucks LTD, we believe in making a lasting impact by giving back to the community that keeps America moving. As part of our mission, we are committed to supporting truckers and the broader American public through substantial charitable initiatives and giveaways. This pledge reflects our dedication to operating as a purpose-driven organization focused on improving lives and strengthening our industry.  

Here is our promise: **Under the current management, Keplars will donate or provide charity support equivalent to 200% (double) the total profits made by the company.**  

### How the Program Works:  

- Once Keplars achieves a total profit of $50,000, this charitable pledge will be activated. At that point, a 5-year countdown begins during which we will allocate **double the profits earned** toward charitable causes benefiting truckers and the American community.  

- For example: If Keplars generates $50,000 in profit, we will commit $100,000 to charity within the following 5 years. Similarly, if total profits reach $75,000, we will give back $150,000 during the 5-year period.  

- The charitable commitment applies exclusively to profits earned while the current management is in place and ensures that our success directly contributes to the betterment of others.  

This initiative underscores Keplars’ dedication to operating as more than a business. By prioritizing community and social responsibility, we aim to transform profits into opportunities for those who rely on and contribute to the trucking industry and the American economy.

9. Refund Policy

All payments to Keplars, including the $500 Appointment/Availability Guarantee Fee, are final and non-refundable.

Refunds are granted only at Keplars’ discretion and under exceptional circumstances.

This policy ensures that our services remain efficient and fair for all customers.

By proceeding with our services, you agree to this refund policy without exception.

10. Limitation of Liability

Keplars provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantees about the results. While we aim to connect you with reputable providers, we are not responsible for:

The availability, pricing, or terms offered by third-party providers.

The condition or quality of trucks provided by referred companies.

Any disputes, damages, or losses arising from your interactions with third-party providers.

Keplars’ liability is limited strictly to the services rendered directly by us.

11. Modifications to Terms

Keplars reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.

Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12.Governing Law and Disputes
